Hurray!

I had a rather frustrating day at work on Friday. Luckily, I came home to my Rowan grab bag from Webs. It's perfect. I didn't give much direction, yet I got yarn that is perfect for me.


It's different than anything I'd buy for myself, but I checked out some patterns made with it and it looks like it knits up nicely.

    ooh, now I'm craving it, when I definitely don't need more yarn. Any ideas about what you'll use it for? (see, still trying to live vicariously)

    I have no clue what I'll use it for. More research needs to be done. It seems like a lot of the patterns I like are knit in the Handknit Cotton. Hopefully ten balls is enough.

    Aquiring yarn and using yarn are two completely different things for me. I really like to have yarn. I just found a whole bin of partial balls that I put in the basement. It made me unreasonably happy to see all this yarn I probably won't use.
