It's my first blog award ever, given to me by someone I cherish. Jen and I have been friends since middle school cheerleading and her children are like a niece (my Godchild) and nephew to me. I started this blog two years ago because I wanted to comment on
her blog. I can't really give the award back to her, so check out her blog to understand why I love her so much.
Instead, I'm going to pass this along to Aimee at
It's My Party, because her blog is so very much an example of Aimee. Even though we're a country apart now, I can hear her stresses and the way she processes her thoughts and the world through her blog. Not to mention the fact that she is an incredible artist.

TK, I hear you had a big earthquake! Are you all right?
Thanks for asking. We did have an earthquake. Its center was about sixty miles from here, so we really felt it. It felt like someone was trying to wake me up by shaking me back and forth. It worked. I woke up. It's funny how I knew, even as I was coming out of sleep, that it was an earthquake. No damage around here, but Wells was hit pretty hard.
